UNITED States of America - It can now be reported that great American Patriot, New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, is prepared to file financial criminal charges versus both U.S. and worldwide banking monopolies, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, U.S. Citibank, Dutch bank ABN Amro and Barclays Bank of England.
Reference: The CME Group and its president Terry Duffy are also in the New York Attorney General's legal crosshairs.
The first charge is criminal financial racketeering in the use of bogus algorithms to structure wide trading bands that creates fragmentation in securities, commodities and foreign currency worldwide trading.
Note: There is no real bid or ask (which would be based on open out cry) but just illusionary ghost orders programmed by NSA banking computers that are designed to LOOT hedge funds and retail traders.

Attorney General Schneiderman of New York is about to charge these aforementioned criminal banks with a violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act in engaging in an algorithm monopoly.

P.P.S. At this hour, Dutch police and European INTERPOL have concluded that former ABN Amro Group NV Netherlands Chief Executive Officer Jan Peter Schmittmann, along with his wife and daughter, were murdered by a Deutsche Bank funded NSA-Israeli Mossad assassination team in Amsterdam, Holland.
